Our special steel bar production line employs a walking beam furnace with a secondary pulse control system, ensuring uniform billet heating and minimal surface decarburization. The rolling line is equipped with 19 alternating horizontal/vertical two-high stands, plus 4 KOCKS three-roll reducing and sizing mills and an ultra-fast cooling (UFC) unit. This configuration enables free-size rolling and temperature-controlled rolling, producing finished steel with high dimensional accuracy, excellent surface quality, and a uniform internal structure.
Product: ø12 mm ~ ø42 mm.
