Our special steel large bar production line features a comprehensive process design by Danieli of Italy. Key core equipment and partial control systems, including the reheating furnace, roughing mill, billet scarfing machine, continuous rolling mill, flying shear, Kocks reducing and sizing block, combination saw, and grinding saw, were sourced from leading international suppliers such as Stein Heurtey (France), Danieli (Italy), L-TEC (U.S.), Kocks (Germany), and Bohler (Austria). The line incorporates advanced technologies such as online gauging, non-destructive testing, controlled rolling and cooling, online scarfing, and hot charging and direct rolling. It is equipped with a German Kocks reducing and sizing block for sizes Ø50mm–Ø160mm, enabling free-size rolling.
