Our high-speed wire rod production line boasts an annual capacity of 700,000 tons of high-quality special steel. It is equipped with a 5th-generation Morgan rolling mill and a Morgan mini-block from the U.S. The line utilizes a high-efficiency regenerative reheating furnace fully fired by blast furnace gas for billet heating. The mill configuration includes 18 horizontal/vertical alternating two-roll stands, 10 top-cross 45° Morgan stands, and 2 top-cross 45° Morgan mini-stands, capable of achieving low-temperature, twist-free, and tension-free rolling.
The entire line operates under fully digital microprocessor monitoring and control. The automation system integrates PLC systems from GE (USA) and Siemens (Germany) AC/DC digital drive speed regulators. The finishing mill control employs original Siemens fully digital Load Commutated Inverters (LCI), representing internationally leading technology.
